- Ensure “neep Microphone” and “neep Speakers” are selected.
- Under “Noise suppression,” set it to “Off” (neep handles noise cancellation).
- Open the neep app:
- Click the up arrow in the taskbar (lower right corner) and select the purple “n” icon for neep.
- Configure neep settings:
- Under “Microphone,” choose your audio device (headset, conference phone etc) and set it to “On.”
- Under “Speaker,” select the same audio device but set it to “Off” (this prevents neep from suppressing music. This feature can be activated for other situations).
