No headset is designed to remove all the background noise, and a headset microphone can’t tell your rep’s voice from the rep sitting beside them. neep is the second layer on top of whatever headset your team already uses.

Each person registers their voice, and neep reduces the other voices nearby. In a shared office or a call center, this is the feature that matters most.

We’d rather tell you now than after you’ve bought 50 seats. Here’s what a rollout involves, and where neep won’t fit.
Read the setup guide- Desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux, including ARM laptops with Snapdragon chips. It does not run on phones or tablets.
- Installs neep’s virtual audio devices. Each person then selects neep as their microphone and speaker in their calling app.
- Check with us first if your company blocks software downloads or your team works inside some virtual desktop (VDI) setups. neep may not install or run there.
